Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for purchases from AscendiaOS, a trading name of Ascendia OS Ltd (company number 17270958). It forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it before you buy.
All sales are final
When you purchase access to AscendiaOS or the AscendiaOS Accelerator, you get immediate access to digital content, software, and, for the Accelerator, live support and coaching. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
- annual plans, once access has begun,
- any remaining instalments on a monthly plan,
- Accelerator purchases, where seats are limited and delivery begins immediately.
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, or because you did not use the product after purchasing. Please make sure the product is right for you before you buy, and contact us at hello@ascendiaos.com with any questions first.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your legal rights. If you are a consumer, you are entitled under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to products that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If something is genuinely faulty or not as described, contact us at hello@ascendiaos.com and we will put it right in line with the law.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. Because our products give immediate access to digital content and services, at checkout you ask us to begin your access straight away and you acknowledge that you lose this automatic 14-day cancellation right once your access has begun. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory right that cannot be excluded by law.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first at hello@ascendiaos.com so we can help. Raising a chargeback with your bank before contacting us slows things down for everyone and may affect your access while it is investigated.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The policy that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date you bought.
