5. How your content is processed by AI
AscendiaOS is an AI-powered platform. When you use it to create plans, content, or assets, the business information you provide (such as your brand voice, offers, and project details) is sent to our AI provider to generate the output you have asked for.
This generation is powered by the Claude AI model (provided by Anthropic) through our platform infrastructure (Lovable). Your content is processed solely to produce the results you request. We do not use your content to train AI models, and our providers process it under contractual data protection terms.
6. Who we share your data with
We share your data only with the third parties we need to run the service. We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Our providers currently include:
- Kajabi for checkout, payments, subscription management, affiliate tracking, and some email delivery
- Stripe for payment processing (via Kajabi)
- Supabase for secure database hosting and platform infrastructure
- Lovable for platform hosting, delivery, and AI generation infrastructure
- Anthropic for the underlying AI model used in generation (see section 5)
- Skool and Facebook (Meta) where you choose to join our community groups
- WhatsApp (Meta) where you contact us for support
Each of these providers processes your data on our behalf under data protection terms, or as an independent controller where you interact with them directly. We may also share data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
7. International data transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an adequacy decision. You can ask us for more detail on the safeguards in place.
8. Marketing
If you opt in, we will send you marketing emails about AscendiaOS, our events, and related offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional emails about your account or purchases.
9. Cookies
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how visitors use it, and improve your experience. When you first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. You can also change your browser settings to block or delete cookies at any time. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
10. How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and you are using the service. After your account closes, we keep certain data for up to six years to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Some data may be kept longer where the law requires it.
11. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure, including encrypted connections, access controls, and trusted infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
12. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Ask us to transfer your data to another provider (data portability)
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@ascendiaos.com. We will respond within one month. There is normally no charge, though we may charge a reasonable fee or decline a request that is clearly unfounded or excessive.

- Helpline: 0303 123 1113
We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concerns first, so please contact us before you approach the ICO.

15. Links to other sites
Our websites and communities may link to third-party sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, so please review their own privacy policies.
