Refund Policy

Annual plan

We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase on the annual plan. If you have generated assets or made substantial use of the platform during that period, we reserve the right to decline a refund at our discretion.

Monthly plan

The monthly plan is a 12-month commitment. Payments already taken are non-refundable. You may cancel future payments at any time after the 12-month minimum term has been completed.

Digital product waiver

AscendiaOS is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase. At checkout you may be asked to confirm that you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations by accessing the platform immediately. Refunds outside of the terms above are at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ascendiaos.com from the address you used to purchase, within the applicable window, and we will respond within 5 working days.
